Biography
Bo Hyun Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include corporate finance, M&A, corporate governance, management rights disputes, real estate investment companies, financial regulations, virtual assets, anti-money laundering, and finance related litigation and transactions.
Mr. Lee has extensive experience in management rights disputes relating to corporate governance and hostile M&As, such as acquisition finance, IPO and public offerings, and establishment and conversion of holding companies. He also advises on real estate investments and developments through real estate investment companies, and public offering of real estate investment companies, climate finance (carbon credit finance) based on a clean development system, blockchain and cryptocurrencies and related electronic financial transactions, and money laundering and financial regulations. Finally, based on his expertise in analyzing and responding to regulations related to banking, securities, and insurance, he represents clients in financial disputes and litigation.
