Biography
Jiho Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include the capital market and corporate finance, private equity investment, capital market regulation, financial regulation and regulatory compliance, and derivatives.
Mr. Park completed training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2009 and earned his LL.M. at the New York University Law School in 2017. That same year, he passed the State of New York bar exam. Mr. Park has successfully represented a number of cases involving sanctions taken against financial companies, based on extensive experience advising clients on financial transaction, overseas investment, and M&A issues.
