Biography
Chul Ho Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is antitrust and competition.
Mr. Kim has provided legal advice to prominent multinational companies, such as Qualcomm, Nike, and Bosch and Korea’s most well-known companies, including Samsung, SK, Hanwha, LS and POSCO, in cases involving cartels, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practices, business combination, internal trading, etc. He also has specialized knowledge and experience in healthcare, and upon such knowledge and experience, he provides optimal legal services for leading healthcare companies, e.g. MSD, Sanofi-Aventis and Yuhan, etc.
